I have an urgent question. Under the UAE laws, if a service contract is expired, does the employer have the right to audit the performance of the contractor?
For example a marketing contract expired on April 2017 but the employer audited the performance on 2018, is it legal?
And also can a case be filled against the employer if they suspend your 2018 payments due to audit they have done on your 2016 contract? (The contracts are completely separated and each one is only valid for 1 year)
